The happy revellers on New Year's Eve Posted by Hello

New Year's Eve

New Year 2005 was a very placid affair. Just a few close friends, in Balham. There was the standard Lloyd Grossman cook-off between the top chefs (photos attached)

The dear mother-to-be (MTB) of the house was in bed by 1030pm, still suffering badly from the first few months of pregnancy. And the rest of us got drunk, fell into each other's arms at midnight on Rocky's balcony and watched South London go up in Smoke as the various gangs unleashed a "volley" of rockets from their tiny gardens. It really was something to behold.

Needless to say I was too drunk to remember to take any photos of this momentous event!

New Year, new family

Hello

The idea of this blog is really just an easy way to post news about the growth of our small nuclear family in South London. Friends may wish to look at the photos and remind themselves of good times had with us, or family may wish to look at what we are up to?

oh, god knows, but I know we need to put things on here for Ken & Carol to look at what is happening from San Fran.

I'm sure Wylie & courtney would have a browse at some of the photos on their extended world tour.

I'm hoping the Brothers Kellett start to show an interest when their potential Nephew/ Niece starts to make an appearance!

And finally, why own a digital camera, computer and broadband connection if you aren't willing to use it to communicate and share!?!

So here we go....
